Welcome to Maximon's shrine

Maximon has granted many favors to many people. There are those who are totally devoted to the Maximon cult. When you visit him, he likes it when you light a candle, smoke a cigar, or offer him a drink.

We have put together our virtual shrine so that people who are not from Santiago can make offerings to the Rilaj Mam.

You can enter the Cofradia here:

You can send an offering to the Rilaj Mam ( a candle $5, a cigar $10, or a bottle of Quetzalteca $15). Your donation will appear on the shrine page for 1 year. The funds will be donated to Festival Atitlan to help with their ecological education project
